Join our team as a Claims Specialist and help minimize losses while ensuring smooth, compliant operations across our logistics network.

What You’ll Do:

• Investigate and manage cargo, accident, and equipment-related claims;
• Collect and analyze documentation to determine liability;
• File claims with insurers or third parties and negotiate settlements;
• Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, insurance, and legal teams;
• Maintain accurate records and reports for compliance;
• Identify risk trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in logistics, claims, or transportation safety;
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and liability standards;
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication;
• English proficiency (written and spoken);
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
