An international logistics company specializing in urgent deliveries and express transportation is looking for a creative and technically skilled SMM Specialist with a strong focus on video production.

About the Role

This position combines social media management with professional video shooting and editing. You will work from our office in Chișinău and occasionally travel to our offices abroad (Dubai, Mexico, Italy, Morocco, India, Philippines, Kazakhstan).

The role is best suited for someone who knows how to tell stories through video, highlight the people behind the business, and create engaging content for global audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
  
• Plan and produce video content with employees and company activities
  
• Edit and optimize content for different platforms
  
• Develop creative content strategies in line with company objectives and market trends
  
• Capture photos and short-form videos in office and travel environments
  
• Monitor analytics, report performance, and suggest improvements
  
• Collaborate with colleagues from different departments and locations
  
• Travel internationally for content production when needed
  

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher)
  
• Solid experience in video shooting: understanding of light, composition, framing
  
• Proficiency in editing tools (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut, or similar)
  
• Previous experience in SMM and digital content creation
  
• Ability to adjust tone and content for different audiences
  
• Skills in paid social media ads are an advantage
  
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus
  
• Readiness for frequent travel
