About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Executive to join our Commercial team. This role is key to executing trade marketing programs, supporting digital engagement platforms, and driving performance across retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Program Execution

• Plan and implement trade activation cycles aligned with commercial strategy.
• Coordinate with field force deployment and support timely execution.
• Monitor quality and resolve operational issues.

Performance & Data Monitoring

• Track KPIs such as POS activation and retailer engagement.
• Analyze territory performance and recommend improvements.

Retailer Engagement

• Support retailer education via Learning Management System campaigns and loyalty programs.
• Ensure visibility and compliance with trade standards.
• Act as a liaison for trade partner feedback and updates.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Contribute to strategic planning and execution meetings.

DTE Activities Planning, Support and Control

• Plan and schedule Digital Trade Engagement (DTE) activities.
• Support platform deployment and onboarding for retailers and field teams.
• Monitor platform usage and performance metrics.
• Align DTE initiatives with broader commercial strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or commercial planning.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Romanian and English.
