We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Marketing Targetologist to join our team. The role focuses on running targeted digital campaigns to attract qualified drivers from the U.S. market. The ideal candidate has experience with paid ads, audience targeting, and campaign optimization, particularly in a recruitment or performance marketing setting.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn);
• Define audience targeting, budgets, and geographic focus;
• Monitor key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL) and adjust campaigns accordingly;
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities;
• Collaborate with HR and creatives on campaign content and alignment;
• Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations and internal policies;
• Report on performance and recommend improvements;

Requirements:

• B2 level English (spoken and written);
• Experience with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.);
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager);
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing basics;
• Strategic and analytical mindset;
• Creative and adaptable in a fast-changing market;
