We’re looking for an experienced Angular developer for our partner, to take ownership of the frontend of a customer-facing portal. You’ll work closely with the backend developer, but your main focus will be building and improving the UI that enables end-users to manage business operations like contract renewals, upgrades, orders, reporting, and invoicing.
This role requires not only technical proficiency but also a good understanding of business processes and the logic behind what the user sees and does.
what you will be doing:
- Maintain and improve a mature Angular frontend (2–3 years old)
- Build interfaces for real-world business flows (e.g., contract renewals, upgrades)
- Integrate with Node.js REST APIs (backend handled by another dev)
- Translate business rules into intuitive and robust UI
- Own frontend quality, responsiveness, and usability
what we are looking for:
- Proficiency in Angular and TypeScript
- Comfortable working with REST APIs and handling API-driven UIs
- Ability to understand business logic and map it to frontend behavior
- Autonomous, structured, and good communicator
nice to have skills:
- Data prep & analysis skills
- Writing advanced SQL to work with large, complex datasets
- Optimizing queries for performance and scalability
- Collaborating with analysts and stakeholders to clarify needs and iterate on outputs
