We are looking for a self-motivated Customer Support Specialist who will always be in touch with truck drivers. The job involves a lot of communication, mainly in English.

Key responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality customer service
- Control over the shipping process
- Resolving any arising problems or complaints
- Assisting clients with inquiries related to logistics services
- Communicating with clients and drivers via phone and email
Requirements:
- English level B2 or higher (both spoken and written), fluent Russian
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and responsibility
- Ability to learn quickly
- Multitasking skills and stress resistance
- Experience in the Client support area will be a plus;
Schedule:
- 16:00 - 1:00 Monday - Friday
