Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute flagship events and innovation programs (hackathons, conferences, workshops, bootcamps)
- Maintain strong, ongoing communication with stakeholders, sponsors, and partners
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality and deadline expectations
- Coordinate logistics, including venues, vendors, materials, and team assignments
- Prepare reports and updates for management and stakeholders
- Gather feedback and implement improvements for future editions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event management or project management (not IT)
- Previous experience in working with NGOs is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Fluency in English, Romanian, and Russian (written and spoken)
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in digital tools (Asana, Google Workspace, etc.) is an advantage
