What You’ll Do

• Respond to parents’ inquiries in Russian and English with a warm, helpful tone.
• Assist with booking, rescheduling, and scheduling lessons around school calendars.
• Use your sales skills to actively promote tutoring packages and close enrollments.
• Coordinate communication between parents and tutors for smooth lesson delivery.
• Build relationships by understanding families’ goals and offering ongoing support.
• Collect feedback to help improve our services.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Russian and English (written and spoken).
• Friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help others.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Organized and reliable—able to multitask and follow through.
• Confident communicator, comfortable explaining services and guiding decisions.
• Available for evening/night shifts.
• Good setup with stable internet and quiet workspace.
