REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • English - Intermediate or Upper Intermediate level (both writing and speaking)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to details and problems solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to search information at various sources

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Office activity support, create comfortable atmosphere in the office
  • Arrange necessary repairs
  • Purchase of foodstuffs
  • Prepare the workspace for the new staff
  • Order stationary and office supplies
  • Collaboration with service companies
  • Perform additional tasks from management
  • Help HR team
