We're looking for the is hiring a Safety Specialist to ensure compliance and maintain safety standards in our logistics operations. This position requires strong organizational skills and knowledge of DOT regulations.

Schedule: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Responsibilities include:

• disputing cargo claims
• updating insurance
• managing driver files
• updating truck information
• disputing violations and accidents
• handling toll violations
• providing accident assistance
• filing IFTA reports
• managing drug and alcohol testing
• and maintaining online document storage

Qualifications:

• Previous logistics or transportation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Proficient in computer systems and software.
