About the Role
- Under the guidance of the Senior Programme Officer, you will contribute to the effective implementation of IFRC/Moldova Red Cross programmes.
- This includes supporting planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting (PMER), coordinating with partners, and ensuring that humanitarian projects run smoothly and meet their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning and implementation of multi-sectoral programmes (Health, Migration, Disaster Management)
- Contribute to monitoring, reporting, and data analysis using IFRC PMER frameworks
- Assist with project budgeting, procurement, and stakeholder coordination
- Incorporate cross-cutting themes like Community Engagement and Accountability (CEA), and Protection, Gender & Inclusion (PGI)
- Participate in field assessments, humanitarian coordination forums, and capacity-building initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in programme or project support
- University degree in Project Management, International Relations, or related field
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian, Romanian, or Ukrainian is a strong asset
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- Knowledge of humanitarian work in Moldova is an advantage
