Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Reporting Analyst to work with our International Partners.
what you will be doing:
- Create recurrent corporate business reports for company’s B2B customers;
Delivering monthly business reports and provide validation analysis on a corporate key indicators;
- Supporting already prepared Corporate base reporting and analysis consumed within the B2B team and sales teams;
- Executing and improving (where appropriate) reporting templates;
- Liaising with B2B team by identifying and communicating actionable insights to ensure data quality is maintained at all times and that appropriate communication of any reporting issues is made and tracked;
- Additional ad-hoc B2B analysis / data mining as and when required;
- Responsible for adhering to rigorous quality and integrity checks to ensure all analytical output is of the highest standard;
- Strict compliance with the requirements of the Integrated Management System for quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and information security, as specified in the reference standards (ISO 9001; ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001 and ISO/IEC 27001, respectively), in accordance with the company's Integrated Management Manual.
- Compliance with all policies, procedures, instructions, codes of ethics applied within the company, as well as the provisions of the Employee Handbook.
what we are looking for:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (reporting and analysis), university degree;
- Proficient at data mining, reporting and analysis using BI tools such as SAP Business Objects;
- Competent at using MS Excel analytics and VBA macros;
- SQL query code for retrieving/remodeling data;
- Fluent English: written, spoken and comprehension;
- Good knowledge of Telecommunications and KPI`s, the relationships between these metrics.
