Responsibilities:
- Monitor and dispatch drivers to/from rail terminals and warehouses
- Track container availability, appointments and delivery windows
- Communicate with drivers and customers, and handle basic issue resolution
- Collect necessary documentation and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organizational abilities and multitasking
- Proficient in computer skills and experienced with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Reliable, punctual, and focused on achieving results
- No prior experience in dispatching required - training provided
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday 15:00 - 01:00
