Role Overview:

   We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in designing web and mobile interfaces (iOS and Android), a solid portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions, and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate business requirements into elegant and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring visually appealing and user-friendly experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Ensure consistency through the use of design systems and component libraries
• Apply principles of responsive and mobile-first design
• Incorporate accessibility and inclusive design best practices
• Participate in user research activities and integrate insights into the design process (optional, but a plus)
• Present design concepts and rationales to team members and stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• You'll take ownership of both web and mobile design strategy and help modernize legacy UX/UI across the platform
• You’re expected to perform UX audits, challenge existing patterns, and proactively improve user experience across products
• We’re looking for someone who can lead design efforts independently and work closely with developers to bring real, functional solutions to life.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proven work on both web and mobile projects (iOS and Android)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and process

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows
• Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Familiarity with Design Systems and component libraries
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus

Soft Skills:

• Creative mindset and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to transform business requirements into intuitive design solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Open to feedback and proactive in suggesting improvements
• Ability to work independently and handle tight deadlines

Nice to Have:

• Experience conducting UX research (user interviews, usability testing, analytics)
• Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.
• Ability to create animations and micro-interactions
