As part of this vision, we are now looking for a talented SEO (Search Everywhere Optimisation) Specialist to help drive organic growth and strengthen our presence across search and emerging AI-driven channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategy to grow relevant organic traffic and drive conversions
• Perform keyword research for transactional & informational queries
• Manage and optimize site structure, internal linking, and on-page SEO
• Drive Programmatic SEO by identifying scalable opportunities, planning and structuring dynamic SEO pages for long-tail search queries
• Own AI-driven content creation & optimization by using AI tools (SurferSEO, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to generate and optimize landing pages, articles, guides
• Plan and manage link-building strategies: identify backlink opportunities, coordinate outreach, guest posting, partnerships, and PR efforts to acquire high-quality links that support SEO growth and authority
• Monitor SEO performance (traffic, rankings, conversions) and deliver actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all channels and touchpoints
• Stay current on Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and AI-driven search, and improve visibility in AI-driven results (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)

Requirements:

• 3+ years SEO experience, ideally in a competitive vertical (travel, e-commerce)
• Proven experience with technical SEO and SEO tools (Screaming Frog, SEMrush/Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, etc.)
• Experience in Programmatic SEO - understanding of page templates, dynamic content, and scalable SEO approaches
• Experience with AI content workflows - ability to use AI tools (SurferSEO, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to support content creation and optimization at scale
• Experience in planning and executing link-building strategies, including identifying backlink opportunities, coordinating outreach, guest posting, partnerships, and PR to acquire high-quality links
• Comfortable writing and optimizing content directly when needed
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience in OTA / travel / ticketing SEO is a strong plus
