Role Summary:
As a Customer Delivery Lead, you will manage a portfolio of clients and their logistics partners, ensuring seamless onboarding, high-quality data, and exceptional customer experience. Your role combines customer service, technical support, and strategic collaboration to drive client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Customer & carrier support:
- Guide carriers through onboarding (mobile apps, telematics, TMS) until fully operational.
- Handle incoming client and carrier requests, offering clear, effective solutions.
- Monitor and resolve data quality issues in real time.
Cross-team collaboration:
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Implementation, and Data teams.
- Work with technical teams (Integrations, Product, Tech) to resolve complex issues and support improvements.
- Join client meetings to ensure alignment and successful service delivery.
Data & performance monitoring:
- Track and improve KPIs (CSAT, SLA, response time, tracking quality).
- Contribute to the knowledge base and promote self-service tools for clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years in customer success/support/project roles, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Strong English skills (B2/C1); French is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with an interest in APIs, EDI, SFTP.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in supply chain or logistics is a bonus.
