ArtDock is an indie game development studio based in Chișinău, Moldova. Founded just two years ago, the team has grown to 40 talented professionals. ArtDock creates games for major platforms, including PlayStation, Nintendo, and Xbox. The studio is part of the Moldova IT Park and actively showcases its work at international game expos and festivals, proudly representing Moldova on the global stage. ArtDock’s titles Pao Pao and Lootbound received recognition at the Nordic Game conference, where Pao Pao took home the People's Choice Award.
What You’ll Do:
Plan and launch marketing campaigns leading up to game releases
Drive traffic through paid ads, influencers, and social media
Build and grow a wishlist base on Steam
Collaborate with content creators and press to amplify game visibility
Create and test viral marketing content (e.g. TikTok, Shorts, Reels)
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results
What We’re Looking For:
Solid understanding of how to market games to players
Proven experience growing Steam wishlists
Hands-on experience launching and scaling marketing campaigns
A creative mindset with an eye for trends and player behavior
Existing connections or access to press and influencer networks
Comfortable working with short deadlines and iterative feedback

Despite our relatively short time in the industry, we've already launched several successful projects and are actively working on new games that have no analogues on the local market. But we’re not stopping here.
