Our engineering teams are situated in Belarus, Poland, and the USA/LATAM regions, comprising skilled professionals such as Software Engineers proficient in Java, C#, Go, and React, as well as QA specialists, BI analysts, Product Managers, Network Engineers, and DevOps experts.  

We are currently seeking a motivated and inquisitive Technical Recruiter to build the onsite team in Moldova (Chisinau). You will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, candidate attraction, interviewing, and onboarding. Your understanding of local market dynamics and sources of high-skilled IT professionals will be highly valued in this position.

What IDT recruiter does:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand the position & team needs.
• Sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing and selecting talents.
• Providing excellent candidate experience.
• Analyzing relevant data and trends to improve staffing performance.
• Taking part in analytical researchers (salary benchmarking, local market trend studies, etc.).
• Onboarding, Employee Experience support, and more.

What would help you to be successful:

• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Recruiter in the IT sector in Moldova.
• Strong proficiency in conducting interviews in English (B2+ level).
• Hands-on experience across various hiring stages.
• Familiarity with IT stacks and the ability to quickly find information with ease.
• Creativity in developing comprehensive search strategies for various roles.
• Proficient in navigating various job boards, professional online communities, and social media groups.
• Writing and presentation skills, ability to put complicated staff in simple words.
• Enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
• Nice to have: hands-on experience with Google Sheet/Form, AI tools, sourcing/scraping tools.
• Nice to have: familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Slack.
