VEO Worldwide Services is growing and looking for an Executive Assistant, a key role responsible for organizing and coordinating the activities of the company’s Board Committee.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Organizing the Board Committee’s schedule;
- Planning meetings and coordinating third-party participation;
- Performing various other administrative tasks assigned by committee members;
- Reporting and maintaining communication between the committee members and the target audience;
- Sending official communications and decisions;
- Carrying out other administrative tasks assigned by committee members;
- Following up on actions and decisions taken, ensuring the correct dissemination of information based on the project;
- Supporting the facilitation of committee meetings (coordinating logistics behind the scenes, including international travel).
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A completed university degree;
- Relevant previous experience, preferably in an international, multicultural, corporate environment;
- A very good command of French and English (minimum B2 level);
- Experience using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel), Canva, or other relevant tools;
- Adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset;
- Excellent prioritization, communication, and customer-oriented skills.
