Job Description:
Global Account Manager is responsible for development of business relationship between ITDATA and our customers – mobile network operators (Mobile Operators/MNOs/direct wholesale market players and SMS aggregators):
- Manages the existing customers;
- Searches for new customers – mobile network operators;
- Prepares commercial documentation, contracts and business cases;
- Participates in resolving operational issues for current clients;
- Monitors and increases revenue of the launched projects;
- Prepares analytical reports on mobile operators;
- Participates in the implementation of new sales strategies;
- Negotiates with the CEO, CMO, CCO, CTO, Product Director, Head of VAS in mobile operators;
Role Requirements:

- Have proven strong account management, negotiation & communication skills; Result oriented with a strong analytical mind;
- Solid experience and proven track record of managing and developing high level clients;
- Proven time management and organizational skills and ability to be self-directed;
- Strong analytical, time management, problem solving prioritization and planning skills;
- Success in managing commercial relationships;
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards;
- You have competencies within strategy, market, commercial and business understanding;
- Strong desire to succeed and achieve results;
- Excellent team player, highly motivated individual;
- Be a self-starter, highly motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment that is continually changing;
Key Responsibilities:
- Add in value by generating more profitably traffic volume, revenues, and profitability through proactive account management of assigned customer relationships and partnerships;
- Penetrate and pursue opportunities for account growth with new and existing customers;
- Work closely with other functional support departments to review progress/problems and ensure follow-through on revenue tracking and reporting issues;
- Work closely with the product team on the product development in meeting customer requirements;
- Lead all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by management;
- Can clearly and correctly express the ideas – verbally and in writing;
- Is fluent in English, both verbally and in writing;
- Interesting work, account management in ITDATA is a mix of sales, analytics, product work, creativity;
- We do not enforce a sales plan, each AM decides what, where and when it is best to be done;
