EFES Moldova is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Department Assistant.

What we are looking for:

• University or Bachelor Degree (preferably in economics);
• Proficiency in Romanian, Russian and English is a must;
• Proficiency level in MS Office;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Good communicative skills;

Responsbilities:

• Streamline office operations to ensure work runs as efficiently as possible while keeping employees engaged and productive;
• Review contracts and distil their key points for the department head;
• Monitor budgets and expenditures;
• Coordinate the meeting calendar, conference rooms, events/retreats and other related activities for the assigned department, unit, or executive; arrange travel and conference itineraries, and provide full logistical support for meetings, conferences, and special events as required;
• Oversee the contract‑signing protocol.
