Dyninno Group is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team in Chisinau.

In this role, you will support international financial operations by ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time. You will collaborate with colleagues across different countries and gain hands-on experience with global financial systems.

What You’ll Do

• Verify invoices, agreements, and payment documents for compliance with internal policies
• Identify and resolve missing or incorrect payment information
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify payment details
• Process payment requests in the Navision ERP system
• Track and reconcile requests using JIRA and internal databases
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records

What We’re Looking For

• English – Intermediate or higher (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good organization and time management
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is considered an advantage.
