A U.S.-based trucking company is looking for an experienced and organized professional for the position of Senior Accountant. The ideal candidate will manage key financial processes and lead a team. This role is best suited for someone with a deep understanding of the U.S. transportation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the company's financial records.
• Manage invoicing processes (issuing and tracking invoices).
• Organize and execute payroll (salary calculations and payments).
• Monitor and analyze financial transactions, preparing reports for management.
• Optimize financial workflows and implement best practices.
• Lead the accounting team: task delegation, training, and performance control.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as an accountant in a U.S. trucking company.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing and payroll processes.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability.
• Leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Knowledge of accounting practices.
• Intermediate-level English or higher.
• The work will take place on the employer's premises, at the office located at Mihai Viteazul Street 4 (Royal Tower).
