We are seeking motivated and experienced Truck Dispatchers!

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure dependable carriers to move freight efficiently
• Negotiate rates to ensure profitability and competitiveness
• Dispatch trucks and monitor shipments throughout the transportation cycle
• Communicate effectively with drivers, shippers, and receivers
• Track loads, provide updates, and proactively resolve any delivery issues
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, agreements, and communications
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Logistics (USA & Canada) is required
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
• Multi-tasking and dynamic person;
• Proficient with transportation management systems (TMS) and load boards
• An active network of carriers is a strong plus
• Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time)
