We are looking for a Safety Manager for the logistics company (US market).
This job is performed in an office environment and cannot be performed remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper functioning of the department and assist in resolving complex situations.
• Regular monitoring and updating of safety indicators.
• Conduct initial calls with potential drivers and verify driver documents before employment.
• Monitor logbooks and trips.
• Handle urgent insurance, accident, and damage issues: Provide prompt assistance in case of emergencies.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English and Russian at the Upper-intermediate level
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in document handling.
• Ability to respond quickly and make effective decisions.

Working hours: from 15 till 00 (Monday — Friday)
