Company Overview:

  • As a VIP Client Manager, you will play a key role in servicing, satisfying the needs and preferences of clients, as well as in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with them.

Location: Moldova 

Responsibilities:

  • Offer tailored assistance and solutions for various customer inquiries across multiple communication channels, ensuring an outstanding support experience.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly goals for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction within the support domain.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute retention initiatives and customer activities, keeping customers informed about new campaigns or events.
  • Monitor VIP client statuses and engagement levels, providing timely assistance and solutions when needed.
  • Evaluate and improve materials and processes, providing feedback and recommending improvements to ensure VIP customers receive top-notch support.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year’s experience in VIP Customer Support.
  • Having international work experience, attendance at specialized conferences, certificates, or recommendations from an employer would be a plus.
  • Level of English language proficiency B2 and above.
  • Sales principles and methods knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
