As Brand Manager, you will lead and manage the brand strategy, ensuring an effective implementation and measuring 
the results and brand performance. Brand manager will report to Marketing Director. 

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing the overall brand positioning and brand strategy;
• Creation and delivery of integrated marketing communication campaigns;
• Managing brand execution and measuring actions effectiveness; 
• Developing and leading market research to keep up with evolving customer needs, competitive landscape and industry
  trends;
• Managing consumer and brand experience including brand demos and product tastings; 
• Budgeting for marketing campaigns and managing spend within the budget. Monitoring and measuring effectiveness 
  of spending, making recommendations for improvement;
• Working with cross – functional team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including product 
  development, design, advertising, digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing / communication / journalism /management;
• 3 years of experience in brand management or other related role;
• Experience in building or managing brands, coordinating brand activities; 
• Experience managing integrated marketing communications campaigns;
• Project management skills, including reporting and budgeting competencies;
• Quick learner with the ability to adopt and understand new concepts; 
• High level of self-motivation and self-development;
• Result-driven, articulate, cultured, and well presented;
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);
• Fluent in English and Romanian language.
