Requirements:

• Skilled in the use of computer applications (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership skills, results-oriented and attention to detail
• Minimum 3 years of experience in senior recruitment, team coordination and motivation

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, training, and coaching for new team members
• Active participation in and organization of recruitment events
• Monitoring team performance, generating periodic reports, and reporting results to the recruitment department manager.
• Delegating tasks and overseeing the progress towards achieving targets and objectives.
• Development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies
