We're looking for a experienced, smart Business Analyst for a successful launched mobile app - already thousands of users. The product is a mobile app focused on mental health. The client plans to launch it on the USA market. Russian language is mandatory for client communication, and English or Romanian for internal team communication - the delivery team is from Romania.
 
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements.
• Conduct business process analysis and create documentation, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and meet business objectives.
• Perform data analysis to support business decisions and improve processes.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather insights and consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
• Assist in the development and execution of test scenarios to ensure the quality of software solutions.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in business process modelling and requirements management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
• Russian language is mandatory for client communication.
