Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Senior Business Analyst.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll maintain regular process data analysis based on process mining technologies but also collaborate with the business to define, measure, analyze, improve, and monitor process optimizations with the business. You'll connect data from different source systems, define data requirements, performance indicators and analyze with your business counterparts the process to realize business value with Process Mining.
what you will be doing:
- Plan, design and implement Task Mining and Process Mining services using industry leading platforms.
- Document business processes by capturing the current (As-Is) versions from stakeholders and advising on the optimal future (To-Be) versions.
- Apply a data-driven approach to business transformation by identifying optimization opportunities.
- Reveal inefficiencies and bottlenecks in processes and turn that knowledge into action.
what we are looking for:
- Ability to understand the end-to-end process strategy and the application to the tasks and responsibilities of this position and explain them to the relevant stakeholders
- Ability to convey complex topics in simple memorable terms
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Curiosity, data analytic and critical thinking skills
- A few years of relevant experience in BA/Process Analysis
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation and documentation
- Proven experience in process modeling, preferably with BPMN 2.0 and UML sequence diagrams
- Very good English language skills
