Descrierea poziției vacante

For this position, we are looking for a responsible, serious, open-to-learning, and detail-oriented person. The ideal candidate has:

  • Advanced English level, C1.
  • Romanian or Russian languages.
  • Computer and high-speed internet.
  • Analytical mind.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets (Excel) and Google Drive (is an advantage).
  • Strong communication skills.

Your schedule is
6 hours per day (15.00 - 21.00);
5 days per week;
Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays are days off.

Your day-to-day activities include:

  • Processing invoices in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Collaborating with the Factoring company.
  • Following up on short payments and payments on hold.
  • Emailing and calling brokerage companies to resolve payment issues.
  • Communicating with drivers and dispatchers.
  • Assisting the Director and Accountant with their daily tasks as needed.
