Distills & Organizes Information: distills the vision into concrete deliverables; ensures that information pertaining to product features is captured, organized and shared with stakeholders (meeting notes, RFCs, user stories, backlogs, release notes, etc)
Monitors & Facilitates Execution: Monitors the development process through stand-ups, weekly review, and facilitates other processes in the software development lifecycle. Identifies and resolves blockers in coordination with engineering leads. Measures and reports development velocity, forecasts ETAs, manages deadlines, runs retrospectives.
Represents Stakeholders: Ensures that all stakeholders are represented (end-users, leadership, engineering, design, support), their views understood and incorporated into the product.
Monitor User Experience: Monitors and reports user-engagement metrics (clicks, error rate, time-spent on page, daily active users, devices, etc) as well as qualitative feedback. Runs case studies as well as automated experiments.
Requirements and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
Experience managing projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus.
