ARB Group Moldova - branch of an american trading company is hiring! We’re looking for a talented, dynamic Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team.

The position requires a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter to partner with business leaders and support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities across the organization.

Key deliverables include providing accurate and timely daily and monthly financial reporting, supporting the annual budgeting cycle, long range financial and strategic planning.

Key accountabilities

• Gather, consolidate and report financial and non-financial information to internal and external stakeholders, based on external reporting requirements;
• Generate accurate daily and monthly reporting;
• Ensure the implementation and execution of proper financial controls and financial analyses on company's balance sheet, income statement and cash flow;
• Perform analysis on financial statement elements, evaluating budget variances to understand key business trends, risks, and opportunities; proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field;
• 2+ years’ relevant experience in Audit/ Financial analysis;
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint;
• Good English skills, spoken and written (B1+);
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including the ability to exercise sound independent judgment;
• Ability to work, occasionally, under time pressure and on several tasks at the same time;
• Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with co-workers, management team and outside partners, including being sensitive to professional ethics;
• Excellent problem solving, project management and interpersonal skills;
