An international digital marketing group is hiring in Moldova. We have developed a number of successful projects in the digital advertising & online gaming industries and are looking to grow our operation in Moldova.

We are looking to complete our team with a Technical Support Specialist ( Junior - Middle )
The ideal candidate has:

Knowledge about frontend / wordpress / how to build a website
Some experience in manual testing or other technical roles
Practical skills working with database, CRM system, other relevant tools
Attention to details
Excel skills
Medium English

Responsibilities will include:

Working with CRM and other internal tools
Updates excel files and other platforms
Documents and evaluates test results
Detects, logs, and reports program bugs ( writes documentation )
Tracks defects and helps troubleshoot errors
Reviews test procedures
Partners with engineers and marketing department to solve technical issues
