Driver Qualifications Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Driver Qualifications Specialist to join our Safety Department. The role involves managing US drivers’ qualification files and ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and company standards.
Your responsibilities:
- Review driver applications and conduct background checks (criminal, driving history, Clearinghouse);
- Verify CDL, Medical Certificates, and employment history;
- Manage onboarding documentation and maintain accurate driver profiles;
- Monitor MVRs, violations, and compliance status;
- Perform regular internal audits of driver qualification files.
Requirements:
- Advanced English (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Experience in documentation/data entry;
- Knowledge of DOT regulations is a must.
