GCD Management a consulting and asset management company in development finance is looking for SMEs access to finance business development specialist.

We're looking for a highly motivated person with strategic thinking in SMEs access to finance that is looking to contribute but also enrich his/her experience within financial consulting and alternative finance solutions for SMEs.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Look for, qualify and apply to Investors ( Donors, Development Financial institutions, Fund of Funds, High Net Worth Individuals, Investment Banks)
• Network including participation at conferences to find potential investors
• Adjust finance providers data base
• Prepare financing applications ( either donor or comercial debt or equity)
• Elaborate competitive expressions of interest, technical offers, and company presentations in response to invitations to tenders from international donor agencies or development finance institutions
• Prepare for due diligence and Q&A sessions with different Investors.

We need:

• Excellent communication skills (including writing skills)
• Abilities to prepare winning applications
• Previous work experience with application to international companies and/or projects/donors/ is an advantage;
• Ability to prioritize effectively and to meet deadlines
• Excellent presentation skills
• Positive thinking mind
• Creative thinker

An economist by education with 2 - 5 years of experience in finance, audit, financial process improvement within financial institutions, audit, consulting companies or SMEs would be an ideal candidate.
