As a Claims Specialist, your main responsibility will be to investigate, gather, and report truck-related claims. The position requires great customer service skills and attention to detail since you will have to evaluate each case on liability and damages.

Your responsibilities:
Investigate claims to determine liability;
Communicate via phone and email with insurance providers and other parties involved;
Gather and organize necessary documentation;
Negotiate settlements and ensure compliance;
Maintain accurate records of claims activities.
Requirements from you:
Advanced English level (minimum B2), both verbal and written;
PC skills proficiency;
Ability to maintain organized and precise records and storage of evidence;
Experience in negotiation and mediation;
Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts;
