• Team building formation and coordination of its daily activities;
• Team motivation;
• Periodic participation in the project activities, control of its working aspects;
• Tracking proper priority tasks;
• Handling all type of conflict situations within the team and within client-team;
• Planning;
• Controlling;
• Quick problem solving;
• Communication with all project involved employees at all stages of project development;
• Provision of resources needed to perform the project tasks in accordance with the estimated plan, financial reports verification, participation in the preparation of tender documentation and commercial contract agreements.

Qualifications:

• Fluent English (C1)
• Previous work experience in the same field would be an advantage
• Higher Education
• Planning and Organizing skills (to organize and coordinate both personal and the activities of the subordinated stuff employees, setting up the priorities);
• Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility for them;
• Great communication skills (to find common language with different type of people, persuade, establishing and maintaining company’s contacts);
• Ability to handle big volume of information, negation skills, business correspondence;
• High Level of Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point);
• High Organizing skills, responsibility, diligence, stress-resistance, making optimal decisions in non-standards situations;
• Strict adherence to the project’s deadlines.
