Freight brokers

Requirements:

• Fluent English Speakers
• Self-motivated
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of vehicle types and models
• Ability to work independently, but have strong communication skills
• Must have flexible hours to ensure prompt service and assistance to the customer
• Maintaining/Building relationship skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
• Minimum experience in the field – 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Use our system to price leads
• Cold calling high-quality leads and processing orders
• Guide customers throughout the auto-transport
• Coordinate with clients and carriers to schedule vehicle pickup/deliveries
• Negotiate with carriers for the best contracts and prices
• Resolve all discrepancies in a timely manner
• Ensure any and all necessary paperwork is provided | filled out | filed
• Track and report shipment status to customers
• Updating customers on the status of shipments, and assisting with other inquiries
• Contact current and potential customers for new business opportunities

We offer fixed salary and commission based on net margin earned with the ability to increase. All depends on candidate performance.
