We are hiring trained personnel as:

Freight brokers

Requirements:

Fluent English Speakers
Self-motivated
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of vehicle types and models
Ability to work independently, but have strong communication skills
Must have flexible hours to ensure prompt service and assistance to the customer
Maintaining/Building relationship skills
Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
Minimum experience in the field – 2 years

Responsibilities:

Use our system to price leads
Cold calling high-quality leads and processing orders
Guide customers throughout the auto-transport
Coordinate with clients and carriers to schedule vehicle pickup/deliveries
Negotiate with carriers for the best contracts and prices
Resolve all discrepancies in a timely manner
Ensure any and all necessary paperwork is provided | filled out | filed
Track and report shipment status to customers
Updating customers on the status of shipments, and assisting with other inquiries
Contact current and potential customers for new business opportunities

We offer fixed salary and commission based on net margin earned with the ability to increase. All depends on candidate performance.
