LG Electronics is looking for an experienced Manager to join the Moldavian team.
Responsibilities:
As a Business development manager, you'll need to:
- foster and develop relationships with customers/clients:
- establish working relationships with key decision makers;
- increase sales of LG in the portfolio of existing customers;
- negotiate on the definition of tactics and strategies of behavior in the market;
- determine strategic market segments ;
- grow sales, increase market share of household appliances LG Electronics in Moldova;
- control customers with the product (number of SKUs on the shelf, product matrix, filling the warehouse, control of payments);
- plan and control of joint marketing activities with customers;
- segmentation and positioning of products;
- complex and system analysis of the market;
- systematic monitoring and analysis of competitors' activities (launch of new products on the Moldovian market, marketing activities, promotional activities);
- long-term planning М+3, М+6;
- effectively lead and manage their direct team members .
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3+ years of experience in sales roles or adjacent experiences required
- English & Russian languages (intermediate level and above);
- Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs) preferred
- Good communication skills: ability to negotiate, present, confident and high level of work with numbers, competent speech;
- Responsibility, analytical thinking, diligence, initiative
