IAW (Internationale Akademie fur Aus- und Weiterbildung, academy for education and training) is a non-profit organization headquartered in Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany.
For whom?
For graduates and students of technical specialties, programmers and engineers in the field of information technology. Students must be enrolled at the university for a minimum of 4 semesters (bachelor) and any semester for a master or doctoral student. An important factor in the selection of interns is knowledge of English at an intermediate level.

After the internship, a highly paid job in Chisinau (starting salary 1600 Euro neto)
Why is the participation free?
IAW is supported by the employment agency and the German Chamber of Commerce, the Federal Ministry of Economics, and part of the costs is covered by the hosting company.
