DEPARTMENT GENERAL OBJECTIVES
POSITION GENERAL OBJECTIVES
The overall responsibility is to process and record in the accountancy system all the financial transactions taking place in AAH Branch office in Moldova, namely cash, safe and bank management and archive all supporting documents of the transactions made. Support the administrative team in dealing with the internal and external audits. Also, this person will be the focal point with the business services provided by external corporations.
Training: |
Higher University Studies in Accounting. |
Technical specific knowledge: |
Accounting, National and Local fiscal law. |
Previous experience (years): |
1-year minimum experience working as an accountant. |
Humanitarian sector knowledge: |
NGO experience is an advantage. |
Organization knowledge: |
Good communication skills, organized and methodical, proactive-demonstrates the ability to foresee problems and prevent them by acting. |
Languages: |
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English. |
IT systems: |
Advanced user of Excel; knowledge of Windows office package; good knowledge of accounting tools is an advantage. |
Mobility (national/international): |
Based in Chişinău, ability to travel within the country. |
