Role Purpose
To coordinate and develop the company’s marketing strategy with the objective of increasing sales, brand visibility, stock rotation, and actively supporting the sales team through effective marketing tools (B2B & B2C).

Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy (B2B & B2C)
• Plan and coordinate monthly and quarterly promotional campaigns
• Align marketing strategy with sales targets and stock objectives
• Analyze market trends, competition, and brand positioning

B2B / Distribution Marketing

• Provide marketing support for partners, retailers, and distribution networks
• Create commercial materials: catalogs, offers, POSM, presentations
• Develop promotional programs for dealers
• Coordinate co-branded campaigns together with suppliers

Digital Marketing & Communication

• Coordinate digital channels: website, social media, newsletters
• Manage online campaigns (Meta, Google, marketplaces)
• Supervise content creation: copy, banners, videos, landing pages
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand image and communication

Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor campaign performance (ROI, CPA, conversions)
• Analyze the impact of marketing activities on sales
• Prepare periodic reports for management
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget

Operational Responsibilities

• Approve marketing materials
• Coordinate new product launches
• Participate in negotiations with suppliers regarding marketing support
• Ensure compliance with brand identity and visual guidelines

Requirements

• Higher education (marketing, economics, communication – an advantage)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing
• Experience in distribution / retail – strong advantage
• Experience in team coordination
• Strong background in strategic and digital marketing
• Analytical skills; experience with CRM / ERP systems is a plus
• Creative, self-motivated, well-organized, and results-oriented personality
• Strong communication, planning, and negotiation skills
• Languages:Romanian ,Russian – advanced, English – intermediate
