US Software Solutions is looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join our HR team. As a Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill company's hiring needs. 

Responsabilities:

• Develop recruitment goals and objectives
• Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs
• Write and update job descriptions
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Source passive candidates
• Interviewing potential job candidates
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
• Use multi channel approach to recruit.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
• Good command of English
• Proficient verbal and written skills
• Highly professional interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
