Business Plane Logistics is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Debt Collector to monitor outstanding client balances, recover overdue payments, and ensure timely collections while maintaining positive relationships with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable, track overdue invoices, and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Contact clients regarding overdue balances, resolve payment issues, and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
• Monitor payment commitments and follow up on missed deadlines.
• Identify overdue, disputed, and high-risk accounts and escalate them to the relevant finance managers.
• Maintain accurate collection records and prepare reports on outstanding debts and collection performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Account Management teams to resolve payment issues and improve collection efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in debt collection, accounts receivable, credit control, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail when working with financial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; experience with accounting systems is an advantage.
• Good command of English and the ability to communicate professionally with international clients.
• A proactive, persistent, and responsible approach to work.

Working Schedule:
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Days: Monday – Friday

Employment: Full-time, office-based
