Nova Lines is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Assistant HR Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start or develop a career in Human Resources, gain practical experience, and grow professionally in a supportive environment.

No previous experience is required - we provide training!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with HR administration, employee documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee data.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support daily HR activities.
• Assist with the recruitment process;

Requirements:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good command of English and Romanian; Russian is an advantage.
• Computer proficiency;
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to the development of HR processes.
