We’re searching for a motivated, results-driven Travel Sales Agent who understands the airline industry, enjoys working with customers, and knows how to turn opportunities into sales.

If you have experience selling airline tickets, strong communication skills, and the ambition to grow professionally while increasing your earnings, we’d love to have you on our team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Help customers find the best flight options based on their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Provide professional advice on airline fares, routes, and booking conditions.
• Sell airline tickets, upgrades, and additional travel services.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections with confidence.
• Manage the entire sales process, from the first inquiry to a successful booking.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve booking-related issues.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs while delivering excellent customer service.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry (mandatory).
• Previous experience selling airline tickets and a good understanding of the airline industry.
• Good spoken and written English for effective communication with international customers.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and close deals.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and motivation to achieve results.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple inquiries.
• Familiarity with airline booking systems, OTA platforms, or GDS is a plus.
