Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT support role
• Basic understanding of network administration and common network protocols
• Basic understanding of virtualization concepts
• Familiarity with MikroTik, Unifi or CCNA fundamentals is a plus
• Basic understanding of domain concepts within a network environment
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP protocol basics
• Exposure to RAID configuration, backup solutions, Active Directory, equipment installation, wireless equipment, or VPN configuration is an advantage (training will be provided)
• Willingness to learn and grow into more advanced infrastructure and network responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining the LAN networking infrastructure under senior guidance
• Help monitor, configure, and troubleshoot servers and network devices
• Support efforts to ensure high availability and reliability of services
• Assist with testing and installing software releases, system upgrades, and patches
• Participate in system backups and recovery procedures
• Install, upgrade, and clone operating systems (Windows, Linux)
• Support user account management and basic security policy setup
• Provide first-line Windows, Linux, and macOS hardware/software technical support
• Install and configure IT equipment (CPU, memory, hard disks, fans, power supplies, printers, etc.)
• Help track and maintain software licenses
• Stay curious about networking technology trends and continue building technical skills
