We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, organized, and analytical Data & Bordereau Reconciliation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing, analysing, and reconciling financial and operational data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple reporting sources.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, analyse, and reconcile monthly data for multiple companies.
• Perform detailed reconciliations across various reports, source documents, and data file versions.
• Prepare and validate data foundations for financial reporting and performance metrics.
• Reconcile premiums, claims, commissions, adjustments, balances, and other financial transactions.
• Verify account balances and investigate period-over-period movements.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, duplicates, missing transactions, and data inconsistencies.
• Prepare reconciliation reports, comments, and explanations for identified variances.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness prior to period-end reporting and close processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to resolve data-related matters.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reconciliation and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy when working with figures.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Teams, and PDF-based documentation.
• Ability to work effectively with large volumes of data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently investigate and determine the root causes of discrepancies.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Fluency in Romanian, Russian, and English (written and spoken).
