We are looking for a UI/UX Product Designer to join our team in Chișinău and help shape intuitive, modern and scalable digital products for international B2B projects within the iGaming technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for complex web-based products
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and production-ready UI designs
• Build, maintain and continuously improve scalable design systems
• Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet and mobile
• Work closely with frontend developers during implementation
• Design dashboards, management panels and complex product workflows
• Conduct product, competitor and UX research
• Improve usability, consistency and overall product experience
• Contribute to the visual direction of digital products
• Create digital creatives, banners, campaign visuals and promotional assets when required
• Design visual assets for landing pages, websites and digital communication channels
• Support internal teams with visual content when needed
• Ensure consistency between product interfaces and external visual communication

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design
• Strong Figma skills
• A strong portfolio demonstrating real digital products and end-to-end design work
• Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture and user flows
• Experience designing responsive web interfaces
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems
• Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear and intuitive interfaces
• Experience working closely with frontend and product teams
• Experience creating digital marketing or social media visuals
• Ability to balance product UI/UX work with occasional visual communication tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Good English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in iGaming technologies, fintech, betting, SaaS or B2B digital products
• Experience designing complex dashboards and administration panels
• Experience with transaction-related or financial interfaces
• Familiarity with analytics and user-testing tools
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Motion design and interaction design skills
• Experience working in fast-moving product environments
